Processing Notes
Downloaded on 2026-09-27 from the PDOK Atom download service (feed index, one GeoPackage per year), each file checked against the byte length its feed publishes. Read with DuckDB ST_Read and written to GeoParquet in the native EPSG:28992, full precision. Every published row is kept (land, water and the Buitenland placeholder), with only the identity columns: codes, names, water and jaar. The statistical key figures are dropped. Column meanings follow the CBS Toelichting Wijk- en Buurtkaart 2023, 2024 en 2025. Built by catalog/build_nld.py in topo-tools-py.

Known Issues
CBS revises each year's file after first release. The files here are the revisions PDOK served on 2026-09-27: 2021 versie 3, 2022 versie 3, 2023 versie 3, 2024 versie 2 and 2025 versie 1. PDOK states 2022 is final; other years may still change upstream. Gemeente codes are not unique per row: a gemeente with water has one land row and one water row sharing the code. CBS only counts a boundary as changed when it moves about 5 m or more.
