Major TOM: Expandable Datasets for Earth Observation A standard for curating, sharing and combining large-scale EO datasets. This organisation provides a platform for making further contributions to the project with the aim of building large, open and compatible Earth observation datasets.

Major TOM Core-DEM contains a global coverage of Copernicus DEM, each of size 352 x 352 pixels.

Major-TOM Elliot-Pretrain
Multi-modal Earth Observation pretraining dataset in TACO format, on the Major TOM 10 km grid. Part A: 250k monotemporal tiles; Part B: ~12.5k locations × 12 monthly timesteps (one per calendar month); Part C: ~16.7k locations × 6 timesteps about five days apart. Co-registered at 10 m: Sentinel-2 L1C, Landsat 8/9, Sentinel-1 RTC, Copernicus DEM and ESA WorldCover, with OmniCloudMask cloud and shadow masks, ERA5 weather at each acquisition, and OpenStreetMap features. Locations selected via AEF hierarchical clustering. CC-BY-SA-4.0 (OpenStreetMap layers ODbL-1.0). Funded by the ELLIOT project; added layers by ISP, Universitat de València.
