The GeoServer backends return inconsistent metadata. One GetCapabilities response is not a complete inventory. The catalog uses the union of repeated polls; see docs/layer-union.json. The service publishes no code lists. Coded values are preserved without interpretation. WFS is disabled for midr, atlase, and rdgeografic; WCS is disabled server-wide. These layers are linked as live services and are not mirrored.
