Extracted from the workspace-scoped WFS 2.0.0 endpoint for primaria_chisinau:nucleul_istoric on 2026-08-16. The global WFS endpoint at /geoserver/ows is disabled. Use the workspace-specific endpoint. GeoParquet keeps MOLDREF99 / Moldova TM (EPSG:4026). PMTiles use Web Mercator. The service declares Fees: NONE and AccessConstraints: NONE but publishes no license text. CC-BY-4.0 is the mirror’s assertion, not AGCC’s. Romanian is authoritative. Russian and English are translations based on docs/terms.json.

The GeoServer backends return inconsistent metadata. One GetCapabilities response is not a complete inventory. The catalog uses the union of repeated polls; see docs/layer-union.json. The service publishes no code lists. Coded values are preserved without interpretation. WFS is disabled for midr, atlase, and rdgeografic; WCS is disabled server-wide. These layers are linked as live services and are not mirrored.
