Processing Notes

Source imagery was downloaded from PASDA as ZIP archives containing uncompressed GeoTIFFs. Each tile was converted to Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) format using GDAL with JPEG compression at quality 95, 512x512 internal tiling, and automatic overview generation.
