Portolan Multilingual Example Catalog

Agent notes for the Portolan Multilingual Example Catalog catalog node.

A small reference catalog published in English and Arabic. It shows the alternate-language tree structure Portolan v0.2.0 permits, including right-to-left metadata, shared data assets, and reciprocal alternate links.

Edit the source tree first, then regenerate. A direct edit to a language tree disappears on the next build.

Overlays live in catalog.locales/<code>.yaml beside catalog.yaml.

Regenerate from the repository holding catalog.yaml, with portolan-pipeline run -m <path to catalog.yaml> --skip publish plus a --workdir and a --catalog-dir that do not exist yet, because the builder refuses to overwrite an existing catalog.
