Cloud-Optimized Point Cloud (COPC) conversions of publicly-licensed aerial LiDAR surveys conducted by Hokkaido Prefecture, sourced from geospatial.jp (G空間情報センター) and the Rakuno Gakuen University-operated ArcGIS Hub open-data portal. Each published COPC corresponds to exactly one original .laz file from the surveying agency's own "ORIGINAL" release — files are never merged, so provenance to the original survey and file remains traceable.
License and attribution are recorded per survey, not project-wide: the surveying department (e.g. 総合政策部, 水産林務部) and license terms (CC-BY in all cases confirmed so far) vary by project. See each asset's metadata for its specific attribution before reuse. Only surveys with confirmed license and provenance are published here; others are held back pending review.
Processing pipeline: optgeo/adopt-hokkaido-lidar. This product does not host or redistribute the original ZIP/LAZ packages — only validated COPC derivatives.
