National coverage — all U.S. coastal states and territories (AL, AS, CA, CNMI, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, Guam, HI, LA, MA, MD, ME, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PR, RI, SC, TX, USVI, VA, WA), merged from NOAA's per-region GeoPackage / File-Geodatabase distributions and reprojected to OGC:CRS84.
