meltMIP inputs

Inputs for the ISMIP7 sub-ice-shelf melt intercomparison (meltMIP): the observed Southern Ocean climatology on the ISMIP7 8 km / 60 m grid with a set of perturbations, CESM2-WACCM ssp585 ocean forcing for three 21-year windows, and the MISOMIP2 ocean topography.
