This data is based on the Natural Environment Conservation Basic Survey conducted by the Ministry of the Environment's Biodiversity Center. The spatial scale of this data set is in 1/25,000. Original data was prepared as a series of Shapefile and publially avaiable for your download (http://gis.biodic.go.jp/webgis/sc-025.html?kind=vg67).
