Imagery from the Planet Crisis Response Program for major disaster events — earthquakes, floods, storms, wildfires and human-made disasters — as a single browsable catalog. Each event is a self-contained sub-catalog with pre- and post-event high-resolution COGs (visual, pansharpened-analytic and usable-data masks), organised by affected location. This is a Portolan / STAC catalog: the umbrella
root (catalog.json) links to one self-contained sub-catalog per disaster event, and new
events are added as new sub-catalogs.

scenes (id, datetime, geometry, cloud cover, asset hrefs):
Open a COG. Asset hrefs are absolute public URLs — stream just the pixels you need with
/vsicurl, rio-tiler, rasterio or GDAL, no download or API key required.
