LPIS is an agricultural land identification system. It represents the vector boundaries of agricultural land and carries information about the unique code, acreage, culture/land use, etc., which is used as a reference for farmers' applications, for administrative and cross-checks, on-site checks and also checks using remote sensing methods.
This dataset has moved. It is now published, updated and extended as Slovakia Agricultural Land Identification System in the Harmonized Field Boundary Data catalog. The files here are no longer updated.
Provides 274467 official field boundaries from Slovakia. It has been converted to a fiboa GeoParquet file from data obtained from National Open Data Catalog (Národného katalógu otvorených dát).
