Pre-event baseline SkySat imagery over Black River, Jamaica, acquired 2023-10-11 — the most recent cloud-free SkySat coverage of this location before Hurricane Melissa (~2 years prior), for before/after comparison. Parish capital of St. Elizabeth on Jamaica's south coast. 19 scenes; each Item carries the available visual and pansharpened COGs plus usable-data-mask (UDM2/UDM).
